Retail Store Return Policy

Bikes and Accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase date. All Bikes and Accessories being returned or exchanged must be in 100% resalable condition with original packaging, and restocking fees may apply. Please bring your original receipt or the date of purchase. All returns and exchanges must be made under the original purchaser’s name, and will be returned in the payment form used to make the original purchase.
