Must be strong enough to lift bikes overhead and up stairs

Fit customers to rental bikes

Give directions to customers on bikes using bike path map

Wash and maintain rental bikes

Air tires and fix a flat

At least 1 year of bench time at a bicycle shop with reference.

Greet customers and answer phones

Help customers with product selection (training with TREK University)

Check in customer’s bikes at service area

Process payment for sales and service jobs

Book bike rental reservations

Help size and fit bike rental customers to bikes

or bring it into the shop!
