Thank you for reviewing our policies regarding any personal information you may choose to provide at our website.  Wheelhouse Bike Co. respects the privacy of our in-store customers and website visitors, and we want you to feel comfortable exchanging information with us.  We carefully protect any and all information entrusted to us.  We only collect information that helps us serve you better and that you voluntarily provide. We do not share your information with anyone else unless you've approved of such sharing in advance.

In our shop we use the cloud based Point of Sale system LIGHTSPEED for our retail and service transactions. For our Bike Rentals we use the cloud based Point of Rental system RENT IT BIZ 4.0. When you rent a bicycle online you are directed automatically to the RENT IT BIZ run site. Any names, phone numbers, emails, and driver’s license numbers are stored securely with these Point of Sale systems. We do not sell your contact information, it is for in-shop use only.  All credit card transactions are encrypted and secure. Our web site does not use cookies. We do carry data breach protection.
